I just moved into Zephyr April 1st. I have found the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to Bldg Mgr Harsh. He has gone above and beyond to make my stay here comfortable. Very nice quiet complex and so convenient. Loving it here. People here are really friendly. Elevators are so fast! Love this area.

I just rented a unit here, and moved end of July. Since the rental process until the move in and for everything that I needed, it's been AWESOME. Gillian does everyday an amazing job, and I definitely can say that because she is always on-time with what she says, always answer the messages. I have tell her several times how I appreciate her work. I understand that each person have their own perception, but for me, it's been awesome. I cannot forget Ralf, he is also amazing.

During my search for suitable accommodations in Vancouver at the end of June I was lucky to be given a tour of the building by the managers Gillian and Ralph. They were very professional and patient as they showed me all the amenities included in the rent and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the overall upkeep of the building. It looked better than many apartments I’ve seen! The one bedroom I saw on the tour was modern, had a beautiful view of the ocean, and was big enough to meet my needs. Lastly, the rooftop deck, fitness room, bike storage room were the building’s extra features I really wanted. Great building in a great location run by professionals. Thanks Gillian and Ralph.

Just sharing the Zephyr Building on Davie is an excellent apartment building! I moved in immediately after construction in 2020 and just moved out after 2 years to return to Alberta for work. The apartments are beautiful...

Just sharing the Zephyr Building on Davie is an excellent apartment building! I moved in immediately after construction in 2020 and just moved out after 2 years to return to Alberta for work. The apartments are beautifully designed and the building has excellent, well maintained amenities. More importantly, the employees at Zephyr are exceptional! They were all very helpful and responsive right from the leasing process, through til move out. The Resident Managers are exceptional - very helpful, responsive and professional. Like all buildings, issues arise with tenants and they were quickly responded to and resolved. The Zephyr building is an awesome location, above a Safeway, next door to BC Liquor! It is also pet friendly - I met so many dogs!
